Irrigation Installation

Rain Makers provides superior system installation for the following water applications: metered, wet/dry well, and lake/pond. We use premium components from Hunter, K-rain, Blu-Lock, Rain Bird, Flint & Walling, and Cresline in all of our installations. These products have proven durable, reliable, and easy to service.

Landscape Lighting Installation

We offer 12-volt LED landscape lighting that will illuminate your house, landscape, pool area, deck, or driveway. Traditional white light is the most common but color LEDs are now available and allow a homeowner to create outdoor holiday displays, team spirit themes, company colors, or special events. Landscape lighting highlights the beauty of your home and provides added security during the evening hours.

Repair Services

$70 hourly rate applies; $50 minimum

We provide the best service in the area! Ask around. Our knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient staff stand out among our competitors. Our expertise enables us to repair any system regardless of whether we installed your irrigation or landscape lighting.

Spring Startup

$95 for well/meter systems (10 zones or less); $125 for lake systems (8 zones or less)

In the spring we will come to your house and get your system ready for the new year by re-activating it and checking for proper operation.

Winterization

$95 for well/meter systems (10 zones or less); $125 for lake systems (8 zones or less)

It’s important to winterize your sprinkler system before the ground starts to freeze. Call us to schedule an appointment.

Rust Stain Remover

$15 per 12 oz container.

We carry Rid O’Rust pre-existing stain remover. This Rid O’Rust stain remover is best applied using a handheld or backpack sprayer. Within minutes of application, the rust stain will begin to disappear.

Rust Stain Prevention

$115 for a 2.5 gallon container refill of Rid O’Rust 2000; no charge for drop off or refill

$1340 Rid O’Rust system base cost includes 1st tank of solution; Retrofit on the existing system could include an additional cost.

We install a rust prevention injection system that prevents rust stains on or around the house. We use Rid O’Rust 2000 solution which neutralizes the iron in the water and prevents it from reacting with oxygen which causes staining. System includes a Stenner Econ Pump that has an adjustable feed rate, a 65 Gallon tank including the first tank of solution, and typically includes all labor, fittings, and parts.

Every 2.5 gallon container of Rid O’Rust 2000 makes a total of 30 gallons of solution.  This requires only 1 container for a 30 gallon refill and 2 containers for a 65 gallon tank refill.
