What's New in 2013?

Graphics on our Service Vans

Both of our service vans now have graphics. There will be no mistaking us this year with the new look. Kevin Hamstra of www.1Eightydesign.com designed the new look and Roberts Signs applied the vehicle wrap. We are in the process of updating our website so you can see pictures of the vans as well as pictures of our employees. These pictures can also be viewed on Facebook at www.facebook.com/rainoncue.

Personnel Changes

Randy Jones joins the Rain Makers team this year with his years of experience in sales, inventory, and scheduling. After graduating from Anderson University, Leonard Wells joins us full time. He worked for us during the summers while he attended college. After working for us for 7 years, Kiel Pratt is no longer with us. Everyone else on staff are returning employees.

Rust Stain Cleaning

We no longer provide the service of cleaning rust stains. Transporting the solution became a burden as well as carrying backpack sprayers on our service vehicles. Cool evenings in the spring and fall would also cause the solution to crystallize and make the stain remover less effective. The same square footage could take drastically different amounts of Rid O'Rust remover depending on the concrete finish. Water was not always available to rinse off the sprayed areas to prevent the "white film effect."

We still carry the Rid O'Rust remover for purchase. But to solve the issues mentioned above, we switched to the powder formula because it is less expensive, has no storage issues, and is equally effective as the pre-mixed solution.
